I served as the Collector of Revenue for Clay County, Missouri from 2011 through 2021. Those 10 years were spent modernizing a complex office that performed all of the tasks I now do for my clients. Then, I spent 4 more years in the private sector, building processes and products to offload streamline the most annoying tasks of government users. I know what CAN be done, what CANNOT be done, and how to maximize the impact of what's possible. As a result, I will not waste your time or over-promise.
